Editorial work, 2008

              I  had to take photos of chef  David Chrystian at Chez Victor restaurant, in the first class hotel "La Germain". The main Issue was the chef's famous dish, a  squash with lots of garlic and cheese.
              I can tell that the dish was both photogenic and taste:  after the shooting, me and the writer  Lori (editorial director of the Magazine) ate it all...
              I used one umbrella that filled the dark side of the restaurant with soft light. The sun light filled the other side;
              it was noon time.  
              Chef David Chrystian is a very nice, friendly and talented person, and his dish was one of the best I ate.
