Participants will investigate the following:
* How light affects form, color and composition.
* Perspectives: The importance of choosing the right shooting angles.
* How different angles can change the mood of an image; explore various focal lengths and * * * the perspectives they give.
* Learn how to create images that stand out from the rest.
* Light and Shadow: how to utilize their different properties and how they affect the * * * * * * appearance of subject matter.
* How to make people “feel” your photo - touch their soul. Learn how to open up and share * * your vision with others.
The goal is not only teaching photographic techniques; it is also about showing the participants
how to express themselves through the camera, share Ideas and Inner feelings.

What to Bring:
* Open mind and open heart.
* Camera: Film or Digital is welcome. The workshop is geared to the 35 MM shooter. However,
* Medium Format is welcome as are Point and Shooters with adjustable cameras.
* Flash: An accessory flash is recommended. An on camera pop up flash is fine as well.
* Lens: Wide angle and zoom lenses are recommended.
* Tripod: A reliable Sturdy tripod is also recommended.
* Memory cards and Batteries: Bring sufficient media to cover as you know your equipment.
* Ensure you have sufficient battery power.
* Umbrella (for shooting in the rain.
Weather: Wind, fog, rain and storm can create the most beautiful images. We cannot control the weather, we can only embrace it. When necessary, classes cancelled due to an extreme weather will be reschedules.
